The sweet and salty combination of honey and soy sauce has been popular in Japan for a while now, and its popularity shows no signs of slowing down. But this product is more special than simply honey and soy sauce.

The base of the product, rather than a standard soy sauce, is Yamakawa’s special tamari shoyu, made with only carefully selected domestic soybeans, salt, and koji to ensure the best taste possible. Tamari is like soy sauce, only thicker, and with a much richer flavor.

Adding to that the balancing sweetness of mirin, and the developed richness of natural honey, this product is a thick, sweet and salty, ultra-rich and flavorful sauce perfect for any occasion.
